  • Yes. We’ll draft an Independent Contractor Agreement on behalf of you between your company and the candidate. This agreement will stipulate that candidates will be responsible for their own taxes, benefits are welcome but not required. Monthly salary payments would be paid directly to them.

  • Of course! After we’ve done the heavy lifting of sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, and shortlisting our top 2 most qualified candidates for you, we’ll schedule your interview with them through Zoom or Google Meet. These interviews are usually 30 minutes to 1 hour long — it’s up to you.

  • This usually depends on the role you’re looking to fill. The more technical, the longer the process. Typically, it takes us ~2-4 weeks to find the candidates and go through the interview and recruitment process, and never longer than 8 weeks.

  • We only charge once, and we’re done. Simple pricing, and no hidden fees.

    Payments are made via debit/credit card or PayPal in USD or CAD, EUR, GBP, AUD equivalent once we’ve successfully found the perfect candidate for the job you’re looking to fill.

  • We require a $500 (USD or CAD, EUR, AUD, GBP equivalent) deposit per role to kickstart the talent hiring process. This will go towards the final cost once we’ve successfully hired for the role.

    If we’re unable to provide our top 2 most qualified candidates for the role within 30-45 days, we’ll happily issue a refund for the role. We’ve never had to do this, and we’re confident we’ll never have to.

  • We offer a 90-day service guarantee on your remote talent hire.

    If things go south for any reason within the first 3 months, we'll do another hiring round for the same role for free. Your peace of mind is important to us—we’re here to help you find the right talent that suits your needs.
